Domestic arrival - As per the guidelines issued by the Government, all passengers arriving on domestic flights into Mumbai must present a negative RT-PCR test report at the time of boarding the flight.The RT-PCR report should be issued within 48 hours of arriving into Mumbai Passengers not having RT-PCR test will not be allowed to board by the airlines. No exemptions.
All Domestic air passengers originating from airports located within Maharashtra to Mumbai are exempted from RT-PCR Test requirements upon landing in Mumbai.
All Domestic air passengers travelling from Mumbai Airport to airports located within Maharashtra, the airport operator / airlines shall not insist on RT-PCR Test / Certificate requirements.

Guidelines for International Passengers arriving from the UK,Europe,Middle east,South Africa and Brazil - All passengers arriving from UK, Middle East, South Africa, Europe & Brazil in Mumbai with a final destination within Maharashtra will have to undergo 7 days of institutional quarantine at their own cost. Exemption for Institutional quarantine/quarantine for International Passengers arriving from or transiting through UK, Europe, Middle East, South Africa and Brazil are allowed exemptions under certain categories. Guidelines for passengers arriving from Rest of the world - Travelers may seek exemption from institutional quarantine by applying on Air Suvidha online portal and by submitting a negative RT-PCR test report on arrival. This test should have been conducted within 72 hours prior to undertaking the journey. An authentic test report should be uploaded on the Air Suvidha online portal for consideration. Also, based on the submission of information on the Air Suvidha online portal, passengers with special cases of human distress such as pregnancy, death in family, serious illness and parent(s) with children of the age of 10 years or below, may be permitted for home quarantine for 14 days. Departure for Domestic / International - We would recommend you to kindly check with the airline as the Covid rules differ for the sectors respectively.

All Passengers are advised to pls contact the concerned airlines for the pre boarding requirements and comply with the guidelines issued at the post of disembarkation.
All domestic arriving passengers are advised to undergo a home quarantine for 14 days post arrival.

All International Arriving pax are required to carry a negative RT PCR test conducted within 72 hours of departure.  In absence of a report they would be required to undergo a RT PCR test. Passengers are advised to do self reporting on air suvidha. If tested positive the passengers have to immediately quarantine themselves at their own costs.
